My mom’s Cocoa Rose. I use it every year at Thanksgiving. One less place setting, but nice to have Howie’s gf Summer join us!
We had a gingerbread house and stadium decorating contest. Summer took most artistic prize, Howie for most creativity (turned his stadium into a computer), Anna for most ‘like the picture’ and me for my house standing upright and not falling to bits!
Smoked ribs and brisket!! Not quite Howard’s level, but a very close second!!
It was a better holiday than last year, and trying to enjoy the family time, but still that empty place…
